Bundesdruckerei Group establishes new subsidiary

This addition to the group will strengthen the company’s long-term strategic position as the Federal Government’s IT security company. The new company will operate under the name ‘Xecuro GmbH’ and will be responsible for setting up and operating a system for secure communications in the public sector. Operations are scheduled to start early in 2022. This wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bundesdruckerei Group will be based in Berlin.
