New organizational structure for the Bundesdruckerei Group

01 December 2020 – Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH will now act as the parent company for the subsidiaries Bundesdruckerei GmbH, D‑Trust GmbH, genua GmbH and iNCO Spółka z o.o. “This new structure gives the individual companies of the Group more independence and supports us in the goal to achieve long-term growth in all of our core markets, thus further expanding our position as a government security company," says Dr. Stefan Hofschen, CEO of Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH. “Just in time for the new year, the subsidiaries in this strong alliance will be able to respond faster and more flexibly to ever‑more dynamically changing customer requirements and markets.”

The products and solutions supplied by the Bundesdruckerei Group are paving the way to a digital society/for the secure digitalization of our society/for the digital transformation of society. “As makers of trust in the analog and digital world, our secure identities, secure data and secure infrastructures enable governments, private companies and citizens to act with confidence,” Dr. Hofschen explains. The Group employs a workforce of more than 3,000 and in 2019 generated revenue of around EUR 602 million.
